    Chief Executive Officer

    Tiffany possesses a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the education and well-being of children. She has served as CEO of Children’s Lighthouse Foster Family Agency since 2022. With over 20 years in public education, Tiffany has honed her skills and developed a profound understanding of the unique needs of young children and their families.

    Her educational background includes an associate’s degree in child development, a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies, and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, reflecting her strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Children hold a special place in her heart, fueling her dedication to creating an enriching and nurturing environment that supports the children and families served by Children’s Lighthouse.

  • Anuar Castillo

    Administrator

    Anuar has a strong educational background and extensive hands-on experience working with children and families. He holds an associate’s and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, along with a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy.

    With over 25 years of experience in the criminal justice field, Anuar brings a well-rounded perspective when working with families involved in the system. Additionally, he has provided therapy to both adults and children, with a significant focus on helping children process trauma, regulate emotions, and build healthy, lasting family connections.

    For the past four years, Anuar has served as the administrator of a foster family agency, where he continues to lead with compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the well-being of every child in care. His goal has always been to support the success of each child by helping them, and the families who care for them, develop strong, trusting relationships built on consistency and support.

  • Briana Castillo

    Social Worker

    Briana Castillo began her career at Children's Lighthouse as an office assistant in early 2024 before being promoted to social worker. She has previous professional experience in retail and assisting individuals through a community resource program. Additionally, Briana has experience with children of various ages in an after-school setting.

    Briana provides support to youth in many different aspects of their lives and is skilled in crisis intervention, case documentation, and collaborative care planning. She possesses a unique ability to connect with children, particularly teenagers, and has continued to develop her skills in working with youth who have experienced trauma.

    Briana currently holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work and is currently pursuing her master's degree in the same field.
