Christmas Magic

There are moments in this work that remind us exactly why we do what we do, and this holiday season, our hearts are absolutely full. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Gateway Church in Visalia for their incredible generosity in providing Christmas gifts for our foster youth.

The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as the kids saw the gifts, but one particular moment brought everything to a standstill. One young boy, clutching his gifts, quietly shared that he had never received Christmas presents before. He told us he couldn't wait to get home to place them under the tree so that "Santa would see them." It was a heartbreakingly sweet reminder of the magic of childhood that every child deserves to feel. Because of Gateway’s kindness, our children didn't just receive toys—they felt seen, valued, and loved.

We are so grateful for this partnership and the light they brought into these children's lives. A very special thank you to everyone at Gateway who contributed, with a heartfelt shout-out to Ms. Lindsay Reid, M.A., Discipleship Director, for her incredible leadership and coordination in making this happen.

Skating Fun!

In July 2025, our agency teamed up with Roller Towne in Visalia, CA, for a fantastic night of skating for our foster youth and resource families. The event was a huge success, with a great turnout and so much fun had by all! Our families enjoyed skating, spending quality time together, and sharing pizza and drinks.

We are so grateful to the generous staff at Roller Towne for providing such a wonderful night for our families. The staff's kindness and genuine enthusiasm were evident. They were attentive to everyone's needs and were genuinely happy to engage with our families throughout the evening.
